I have a 2023 crosstrek with 11,000 miles on it and having the same issue a lot of condensation on my windows when i use the heat or ac Recently the other day i felt the drop of water on my foot so i went under the dash on the side panel where the radio is and it was wet. My 2024 crosstrek limited also started leaking water from under the dash onto the accelerator pedal It took close to a month and 2 separate subaru service centers to identify correct the problem In this case, the 2nd subaru service center claimed that the ac unit was defective and had to be replaced.
